Hervé MORIN, President of the Normandy Region, came to discover our profiled CALIP Normandie factory in Moult (14) on February 12.
We presented all the developments for which the Normandy Region has supported us: our new 4.0 factory, our unique expertise in profile machining using innovative processes, the new range of sanitary products oxacare.fr.
The opportunity for CALIP Group to present two new projects :
- The realization of the ACEVE project for which CALIP Normandie profilé won the automotive recovery plan. Our project is to design innovative aluminum parts in series to meet the needs of the changing automotive industry: battery packs, cold plates, floors, busbars.
- The launch of a training center in 2021 to transfer know-how from our innovative methods and further increase our capacity to mass produce. We are the only ones in France and in Europe to ensure the entire production chain making it possible to obtain parts made from successful aluminum profiles. We count train 30 people over 3 years in machining, FSW welding, bending and assembly operations.
