For the next three years, CALIP Normandie has taken the initiative to collaborate with the Muance FC football club, with the aim of strengthening the links between young footballers, work-study students, the club's management team and our company.
This partnership will take several forms:
- Outfits in the colors of Muance FC for the club's work-study students
- CALIP Normandy advertising panel displayed on the Argences field
- Sponsorship of the “Nathan Jousseaume” tournament: we will be happy to sponsor Muance FC’s annual flagship event.
- Discovery of our professions with the young people of the club: we will offer young footballers the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of precision mechanics. This will take the form of visits to our company and the possibility of doing internships within our teams.
This partnership is all the more important as it coincides with the launch of the first training courses from CALIP Compétences, our training school for machining professions. Our objective is to train the operators, adjusters, turners of tomorrow and to inspire the new generation by showing them the opportunities offered by the machining and precision mechanics professions.
We know that the age of U15-U18 (14-18 years) is decisive for career choices, and we are delighted to contribute to their thinking by offering enriching opportunities to the club's young footballers.
This partnership with Muance FC allows us to contribute to the future of the club while showcasing the industry to young people.
