👏 Our “CALIP Compétences” training school has opened its doors!
Seven CALIP Normandie employees recently began an eight-month training course with a view to obtaining the CQPM operator-adjuster diploma. They are guided in this adventure by Thomas Le Borgne, our educational advisor, who accompanies them in their
learning on the theoretical part.

💻 The first modules of this training are available in e-learning offering flexibility in the
lessons, without disrupting production. Thomas has devoted careful attention to the design of this learning path, with the aim of ensuring the highest quality learning experience for our teams.
Opening CALIP Compétences will respond:
– a growing demand from companies in the Normandy basin which lacks talent in an industrial environment
– the quality requirements of our customers (continuous improvement)
– as needed by learners who wish to acquire sought-after skills, by obtaining a professional diploma.
