Industrialization technicians (M/F)

As part of strong growth and obtaining new markets, CALIP Normandie (Bas-Norman society), specialized in the precision machining of aluminum parts for various business sectors (Aeronautics, Automotive, Defence, Medical, Green Mobility, etc.) wishes to strengthen its teams.

We are looking for industrialization technicians: 2 in machining and 2 in turning.

Purpose of employment

• Be the technical support for industrialization in the launch of new projects and in the optimization of existing processes
• Ensure the management of the implementation of New Processes

Professional relationships

Hierarchical reporting: Production manager(s)

Colleagues: passing of instructions, machine/production problems, priorities

Description of significant activities

• Participate in technical meetings to launch new projects
• Define the machining or turning process and associated times in support of the project manager
• Develop and ensure technical monitoring (before, during and after manufacturing)
• Provide detailed technical documents to the Methods/Projects department for development of the manufacturing file
• Inform your line manager about modifications made to the range and the tools or the machine during development to allow documents to be updated and benefit from feedback.
• Be a SMED pilot, participate in improving productivity and defining material resources.
• Analyze the range provided by the quote structure and propose the necessary adjustments.
• Monitor partners responsible for the study and/or production of machining resources.
• Formalize the content of machining or turning training, in conjunction with support services (Methods, Quality and HR)
• Organize and ensure training of Production personnel (methodology, compliance with established processes, adjustment principle)

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES :

• Implement on the Means of Production of new products.
• Program new Products with Mazatrol software.
• Be a force for suggestions on the organization of the workshop and production based on your knowledge
• Enforce the basics in the workshop in the event of failures being observed
• Supplement the adjusters when necessary (e.g.: absences, increase in load, etc.)

POSITION SIZE :

• Guarantee the technical feasibility of projects
• Guarantee the launch of various projects from a deadline and productivity point of view

Specific professional knowledge

• Bac BRO, BTS
• 5 years minimum in a production workshop
• Mastery of trades, workshop manufacturing processes and production tools,
• Mastery of reading plans, technical maintenance documentation, instructions or nomenclature,
• Mastery of project management techniques (definition and analysis of specifications, planning of tasks and allocation of resources, construction of costs and costing, retro-planning, etc.),
• Mastery of industrial indicators and performance indicators,
• Knowledge of the supply chain,
• Knowledge of regulations relating to hygiene, safety, environment and working conditions
