As part of strong growth and obtaining new markets, CALIP Normandie (Bas-Norman society), specialized in the precision machining of aluminum parts for various business sectors (Aeronautics, Automotive, Defence, Medical, Green Mobility, etc.) wishes to strengthen its teams.

Purpose of employment

As part of new projects, ensure customer relations and coordination of all internal services concerned to enable the company to meet QCD objectives

Professional relationships

– Hierarchical reporting: Technical Director
– Internal: All of the company’s services
– External: customers / suppliers

Description of significant activities

  • Ensure technical relations with our customers.
  • Ensuring that the client's objectives are met by the company while ensuring its technical and economic interests
  • Functionally manage all the people involved in your project:
    • Clearly communicate the project objectives: planning, cost, etc.
    • Ensure monitoring and compliance with deadlines
  • Ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time and at the expected quality level
  • As part of calls for tenders, take charge or supervise the costings while guaranteeing good profitability
  • As part of the Product design project:
    • Study and design parts, subassemblies or assemblies meeting a customer specification
    • Study or create a technical file including plans and documents for manufacturing thanks to mastery of the CAD/DAO computer tool.
    • Determine the specifications and dimensions of parts, subassemblies or assemblies
    • Check the conformity of an achievement with specifications
    • Check the technical feasibility of a product
  • Comply with company safety instructions and the quality system

Associated responsibilities and latitude of action

  • Be responsible for the success of new projects
  • Be a major player in customer communication and guarantor of the company's image
  • Be a guarantor, within the framework of pricing for the automobile market, of the proper consideration of special characteristics and more particularly safety specifications, knowing that this engages the company's civil liability

Specific professional knowledge

  • BAC + 2 experienced or BAC + 5 with a mechanical focus
  • Mastery of traditional IT tools
  • Mastery of materials (Aluminium) used in production
  • Mastery of different industrial production and subcontracting processes
  • English proficiency
  • Knowledge of FMEA Product and/or Process

Most " :

  • Mastery of catia (V5/3DEXP) for development projects
