An R&D-oriented strategy

Thanks to the support of the Normandy Region as part of the recovery plan, CALIP Normandie has invested in new production machinery, hired 30 people and structured its design office.
From now on, we work upstream of projects with our customers and participate in the entire study phase. We have designed and produced several sub-assemblies dedicated to carbon-free mobility, in particular battery packs or cold plates for the vehicles of tomorrow.

The work of our design office, the investment in new machines and the arrival of new employees have enabled our turnover to increase by 35% between 2021 and 2022. This recovery plan has enabled us to position ourselves in booming markets and to consolidate our position as a mechanical equipment supplier.
