Success for the first Calip Skills learners: obtaining the CQPM Operator-Adjuster

In October 2023, the first Calip Compétences training session, exclusively internal, welcomed seven employees from the Calip Normandie site. For ten months, these learners followed a course combining theory (in e-learning and face-to-face) and practice, at the very heart of our workshop.

Last July, these seven employees successfully obtained their CQPM (Certificate of Joint Qualification in Metallurgy), a recognized certification attesting to their mastery of the skills and know-how essential to their profession. Their final exam, under the watchful eye of a jury of professionals, consisted of creating a custom piece while answering the jury's technical questions.

Back to school 2024: Calip Compétences opens up to the external!

For this new school year, Calip Compétences is expanding its offering to external companies.

Theoretical training is provided via e-learning, while practical training takes place directly in the workshops of partner companies.

If your company would like to train its employees in the CQPM “Operator-Setter on Numerical Control Machine Tool by Material Removal”, contact us now on 02 61 79 03 40 or by email at skills@calip.fr.
